Course Tuition: The course tuition is due and payable before starting each module.

Expiration: Participants will need to attend the training at the scheduled time of the class. The class will not be recorded. Participants will have access to the post-training assessment and course evaluation for 60 days.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs): Earn 0.1 CEU for each learning hour. For additional information on CEUs, click here.

Certificate of Completion: To demonstrate your proficiency after you complete NFPA training, go online to take the course assessment. Once you receive a passing score on the assessment and complete the applicable course evaluation, you can download and print your Certificate of Completion, which also displays any IACET CEUs earned.

Access Your Live Virtual Training: To access the training, go to My Account and click on the link to the NFPA Training Portal. Information on how to access the live event will be posted to the NFPA portal in the Information document, along with other information to help you prepare for the training. For optimal live online course performance, please use Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari as your web browser. On the day of training we recommend that you log in 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Digital Access: As part of the training, you will receive a complimentary 30-day subscription to NFPA LiNK®, which will be made available to you shortly before the start of the training. Within NFPA LiNK you will find all relevant codes and information related to your upcoming training. Additional information on where to access NFPA LiNK will be shared closer to the date of your training.

Course Materials: These will be available on the portal prior to the beginning of the training. It is recommended that you download and print the material before the start of the class.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a full refund for live virtual training, NFPA must receive written notification of your desire to cancel your registration via email at custserv@nfpa.org at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program. If notification is received fewer than 7 business days prior to the start of the program, you may transfer your registration to a program of equal or lesser value with availability; however, no refund will be made. If no notice is received, your registration fee will be forfeited. Multiple requests to transfer the same original registration may be subject to a 20% service fee.
